As you can see I am making two pairs of socks with the same pattern. I had originally intended to do the "Holidazed" pattern with the "Muddy Autumn Rainbow" yarn but I wasn't liking how it was knitting up. So the top pair of socks are for me and the bottom pair are for The Chief aka the hubby. After I finish his socks, I will be starting on the "Queen of Beads" by Sivia Harding. The question will be to bead or not to bead.

I can't believe that it I haven't done one of these types of posts since August. It doesn't feel like it has been that long. But the post dates say otherwise. These socks are for my HSS4 (Hogwarts Sock Swap 4) pal who is in Gryffindor. I only have the foot and the toe of the second sock to go. But it has been a slow knit and I am easily distracted by other projects. I can't delay too much longer as the package is due this month.

Stopped again by the Patriots in the playoffs. At least this time we made it all the way to the AFC Championship. Last year, the Patriots stopped us in the Divisional Playoffs. Now I really don't even know if I want to watch the Super Bowl. At least the Nascar season will start next month.

I think that this says it all. And now on to New England. Yes, I am a tad bit nervous but I will still watch and cheer for the Chargers as always. Have I ever mentioned that I was born in San Diego? Hmmm, must have slipped my mind. These days, I am lucky enough if I remember to eat breakfast.
